don't take fruits after dinner.
Take milk after dinner.
And take fruits after lunch.
Home remedies.
1_- take worm water, 2 glass at morning and than go to motion.
2- take Salid before/ with lunch and dinner.
3- take dinner before 3 hours of bed time.
4-Start Kapalbhati. Yoga.

Hi, Kindly take Isabgol husk by Dabur nature care- 3 teaspoon in half glass of water daily after dinner in half glass of luke warm water.
Take salads with each meal.
Drink plenty of water so that your stool should not be dehydrated to become hard.

Hello Ashok, I need detail history but at least take plenty of water and fibres. If bloating symptoms are not preset take milk at bed time. Do light exercises, yoga and jogging. Morning soon after you wake up, take 2 glass of Luke warm water.

To treat constipation drink lots of water and eat more of fibrous diet including green leafy vegetables, salads, fresh fruits with their skin. You can also have isaphgol (physllum husk) 3tsp in half a glass water at bed time. It will surely help.

For children below 2, best is to put 1 spoon cow ghee in every dose of milk. Massage castor oil in child's navel. Put a pinch of hingwastak churan in every food. if the problem remains then plan for oil enema 20 ml of castor oil and sesame oil
