Hello,
this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy):
1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food
2. Syrup Digene one tsp (5 ml) before food twice a day for 2-3 days.
And follow care advises given below.
Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti
also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sens...more

Uterine cancers can present with irregular periods or bleeding following sexual intercourse. It may also present with persistent pain or unusual discharge from vagina. We can hope to detect it early by regular 3 yearly papa smears till the age of 65 years and routine ultrasound o the pelvis, so that it is more treatable then.

the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed
Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear.
The most common symptoms are –

Hi,
the symptoms of jaundice are:
- fever
- vomitting - tiredness
- loss of appetite
- abdominal pain
- yellowish discolouration of the conjunctiva, tongue, nail beds, skin and urine.
- whitish stools.
- body itching
- enlargement of the liver and spleen

Hamstring Stretch
Lie on your back with your left leg flat on the floor. Loop a towel or rope around your right foot and pull your leg as far as comfortable toward your chest, while keeping a slight bend at the knee. Keep your back pressed to the floor throughout the stretch. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and then release. Repeat 3 or 4 times with each leg. Do this stretch 5 or 6 times a week.

Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity...
- Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.
- Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.
- Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.
- Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.
- Drink a glass of milk - everyday.
- Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.more
