What is hydrocele?

Hydrocele is a type of hernias which is caused when fluid accumulates in the tissue that surrounds a testicle. It may occur on one or both sides of the scrotum and the swelling can increase in size over time.

Hello-
undescended testicles for that long may complicate into cancer. Its best to go for timely investigations and checkup to rule out any serious pathogenesis. many a times a treatment like intramuscular injections takes about 10-15 days to complete.

Hi Parveen it's normal, one side testis is small then others.
it's normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon, and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. If one testicle is just a little bigger than the other, you can send pictures of testis , then try to find out diagnosis.

remember, one testicle can provide enough testosterone for you to get an erection and ejaculate. This is also enough to produce adequate sperm for fertilization. As long as you're in good health and don't have any underlying conditions that could impact your fertility, you should be able to have children.
