Hello lybrate user, - though you are taking right home remedy, the way of taking is wrong.
- garlic is a good antihyperlipidemic medicine but it shld not be taken in empty stomach directly.
- of course that might be causing burning foot.
- so take lashunadi vati instead of direct garlic
- avoid taking oily and heavy foods like cheese paneer
- you need some brisk walk and adopt some yogasanas which really help you to reduce the cholesterol levels.
