My daughter's age is 18 year. Dr. Last week she had a swear stomach pain with vomiting. We were go 11 am in the hospital they had given injection buscopan, domperidone, emset. But no improvement. At 7 pm we go again other hospital and they had given again emset, ranitidine, buscopan injection. But after that no improvement in the pain and vomiting. Next morning drmsuggest for ultrasound of whole abdomen, after ultrasound the appendix size was 6 mm. Then Dr. Said admit her in the hospital for 2-3 days if not remove the pain we will do surgery for appendix. But after we had go to other hospital they had done their ultrasound and xray of stomach. Dr. said 4.5 appendix size no need to operate. 5 to 8 appendix is normal. They had given ciplox tz, metrogyl, meftal spas, b complex, vitamin c tablets for 5 days. Now she feel relief in stomach pain but she had a feeling of nausea all day and some time she had a two three episodes of vomiting. Dr. Suggest me is 4.5 mam appendix size is normal.

No ,as period is a layman term for menses means your body is throwing out blood and endometrial lining of uterus and as embryo can't embed in such situations so it's not possible.

It's might be due to intussussception that proximal intestine within distal intestine most associated with meckel's diverticulitis. Get usg done at the time of pain.
