Natural home remedy using Indian gooseberries:
1. Crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries
2. Place the paste on a sieve
3. Press the paste to extract the juice
4. Take 2 tsp of this juice
5. Add 1 tsp of honey
6. Mix well
7. Drink every morning
This remedy will be helpful, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

Low blood pressure is not a disease, just a belief. Generally, best to take very good food, less sugar jaggery and alcohol. Traditional balanced diet is healthier than restricted modern diet. Don't measure BP more than once every year. Best wishes.

There are so many causes of bleeding gums -
- brushing too hard
- poor oral hygiene.
- vitamin deficiency
- taking blood thinners or other medications
- bleeding or clotting disorders
- mouth sores
- other medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, leukemia or scurvy
few advice to stop bleeding gums--
- visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year
- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at...more

4.Regular exercise and walk for 30 mts if can do comfortably 5.Do not get up suddenly from lying down position- first move your feet and ankle while lying down, then sit up on the edge of the bed for few mts and then stand up slowly
6.Raise head end of bed at night by putting blocks/ bricks
7.No heavy wt lifting
