Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy):
1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food
2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.
And follow care advises given below.
Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti
