1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2. Drink plenty of water

2. Take one tablet of norflox tz twice daily and one tablet of meftal spas ds twice daily after food
3. Have bland diet like rice/khichdy with curd/butter milk, avoid oily/spicy/fried food.

this is one type of indigestion
do as follow:
* take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal
* take ginger & turmeric before food
* take hot water
* quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it
* avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking
* start excersice.

Little pain during periods is normal.
1) do massage to back & abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) take 2 spoon of caster oil with warm milk prior period start to last day of period.

Stomach ache may be due to gases accumulating in stomach and not passing out.In summer avoid eating junk food as this food may be contaminated and may contain bacterial growth.Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /day)
