The most common cause is gas or acidity. But I need to know more to diagnose. How is ur appetite. How is ur bowel movement. Is there any relation with food.

2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Home remady
cumine seed+ ajwain+ sanuf in equal amount 1: 1:1 ratio, after breakfast lunch and dinner with water.
Results spress acidity, gas, gastritis.
Treatment
pan d one in empty stomach
ciplox tz two times a day after food for five days.
Ulgel liquid 10 ml after food without water three times or as required.
Unienzyme two times a day after food for two weeks.

Hello,
this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy):
1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food
2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.
And follow care advises given below.
Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc
2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside,
3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.

It can be because of infection. 1.take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors. Take care of dehydration. 4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods
