2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment
3. Learn spinal exercises from Physiotherapist
4. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum
5. Don't sit on floor
6. Don't lift heavy things
7. Do hot fermentation twice a day
8. Apply volini cream before sleeping
9. Wear Lumber spine belt.
