Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder).
(Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders).

this back pain is due to no back exercise.... due to this muscle get stiff ....
when suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start.....
in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure

Hai lybrate-user, it's due to the strain to the vertebrae you feel pain on lifting weights. Please try to bend your knees while lifting any weight. Please try to apply heat to back using hot water bag. Prefer to have a hot water bath when you have pain.
Once pain get reduced, try to do backward exercise. Like laying on bed upside down, try lifting both legs without bending knee. Like that try lifting head also hands by the side of chest.
