Dry Cloth indirect heat will help you a lot, otherwise best thing is apply paste of roasted Jeera (Cumin seeds)+ Haldi (Turmeric Powder) along with Heeng (asoefetida) all mixed with ghee. And cover it with a cloth for 1-2 hrs.

Hello-
Yes it is due to masturbation. Masturbation leads to abnormal peristalsis (forward movement) of intestine thus creating gaseous distention which leads to backward pressure on the spine and causing back ache.
Reduce masturbation frequency, start ayurvedic aphrodisiacs and clear your bowel by eating fibrous diet.

It is very common to have back pain after Delivery.
Moving around may be just what your body needs. Exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles and increase flexibility may be helpful too.
Choose a gentle form of exercise, such as walking. Walking is safe to start almost immediately after Delivery.Take it slowly and keep walks short in the first few weeks. (Swimming, which helps strengthen your muscles without putting undue stress on your joints, is another good option later on.)
