It's important to continue cremaffin syp for at least 3 months and also not to strain at stools.

Usually it heals completely by 6 weeks. Till then refrain from bike riding.
If your surgeon said otherwise follow his advice as healing time also depends on quality of surgery and your surgeon will knownit best
if emergency, drive for minimum time and use pillow/ multiple towels to soften seating area.

It could be chronic anal fissure with sentinel tag, so first of all use indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, western toilet increases constipation.
