You can take syp digene (if no drug allergy), one tsf before food twice a day for 3 days I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. curd does not cause acidity, oily spicy food does.
Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy oily outside food and do regular 30 min exercise. Regards.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity. 
- Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead. 
- Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday. 
- Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity. 
- Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity. 
- Drink a glass of milk - everyday. 
- Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.

Eat healthy and fresh food. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Esp in night.
Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food and fermented foods.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Take milk, curd, buttermilk.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis
2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly
3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done
4. Avoid fatty, oily meals
5. No fast food, no momos and samosas
6. No tea and coffee
7. Lots of water

Try these home remedies:
- Drink kheer prepared out of saboo.
- Drink a glass of pumpkin juice everyday in the morning on empty stomach.
- Take 1tsf of jeera powder mixed with jaggery twice daily.
or poppy seeds which keeps the stomach cool.
– Take a bowl of curds mixed with sugar or a glass of lassi everyday which helps to neutralise the acid.
