The best diet for thyroid is selenium, iodine, zinc, Iron, copper, vit-B which can be supplemented through tablets, anti-oxidents, avoid soya beans, gluten. You should avoid anything in the cabbage family, such as kale, spinach, brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cabbage. These foods interfere with thyroid function.
