Hi, about exactly 5 months that I can remember I lifted weight of 10 kg with left hand in a wrong way and felt pain like some thing pulled inside and also covering back side. I mean near to 2nd or third rib and collar bone and likewise backside and then I stopped lifting weight and it felt numb feeling and it was like rhat. Suddenly two month bck im having pain in the chest bone and muscle around my left side and also back side. in between there is a small bump under my armpit which I assume I got because of razor and its very small in size but painful. Now when I take deep breath I feel pressure on my left side not allowing me to expand my breath. Oly on left side nd I can feel that pain increase when I take deep breath. So I took ct scan and in scan result it says no significant abnormality and cord 1. But above I figured two different things 1) few atelectasis bands seen in left lower lobe 2) partial fusion of d3, d4 vertebrae. Please suggest me something. What should I do. Wjom should I approach.

Two weeks back when I suddenly got up from the chair, I felt some tightness in my right knee. I felt like my knee was locked. But when I tried to stand up, I heard a pop sound from the knee with intense pain which lasted for about 20 seconds. Later when when I tried to walk or climb stairs, I feel like my knee joint is slipping off, I can't give strength to my leg and I also can't flex or extend my leg properly. I am using a knee support bandage for the last two week and even while using it also I experienced the slip off feeling. So I consulted a doctor in my neighborhood, he advised for mri. In the mri report, the finding was discoid lateral meniscus. But the Dr. said only in one image of the mri there is a small tear. He said if the symptoms are not hindering my daily activities better not do the surgery as it can lead from partial menisectomy to a complete and can even progress to arthritis issue in later stages. Im just 25 now. I have been using knee support for the last two weeks and pain and anti inflammatory medicines for last 1 week. Now I feel better. Now I can walk with bandages but im scared to apply pressure on my right leg. I do not flex the right leg now. What should I do now. I need a good opinion from your side. Is it safe to walk with that small injury to the meniscus. Will I be able to do at least my regular activities properly. please reply me back.
