HIV symptoms are varied.
Rash may not come in most HIV infected people in acute stage.

Yes pepo affects pcr result.
By 3 months after finishing pep a negative result is interpretated as conclusive.
After 28 days duo negative is good news but not conclusive.

The chances of transmission through hand job are very low. However, with sexual exposure to a relatively high risk population, such as sex workers, it may be wise to screen yourself regularly. You seem highly anxious, so I wonder why you are taking such risks in the first place.

You re HIV negative but could be suffering from another STD. There are 20 of them. HPV and hsv are common STDs through oral sex. So also syphilis and gonorrhoea.
