There are no exclusive symptoms of HIV infections.
Anything can happen with it.
The best way is take blood test if you have doubts.
Don't rely on symptoms.

Hep a is transmitted through food or water.
This has nothing to do with HIV.
But pl take HBV vaccines if you are hep b negative.
