According to cdc that combo test detect hiv usually 18-45 days that means 45 days is the window period for combo test then why some doctor say to repeat the test at 3 months post exposure.

Because combo is combination of p24 antigen and antibody test.
Antibody detect accurately after 3 months
p24 can detect early after 3 weeks but it is less sensitive
means there are chances of false negatives
so we advice to repeat after 3 months to avoid false results.

I'm from india 40 years old I had unprotected vaginal and received oral sex one year ago I tested all std panel (total 19 test) at 6 month and 4 times I tested hiv, hbsag,hcv, all are negative but now i'm thinking about htlv because i'm suffering from muscle weakness uncontrolled bladder joint pain numbness in feet and leg I mean some symptoms of htlv from 1 month I read some articles but I can't find exactly htlv windows period for test so please tell me what is htlv windows period for test and how much chances to get htlv from one exposure.

There are two types of htlv tests: the htlv-i/ii antibody test and the htlv-i/ii nucleic acid test (nat). The htlv-i/ii antibody test is the most commonly used test and can detect the presence of htlv antibodies in the blood. The window period for this test is typically around four to eight weeks after exposure to the virus. Hi doctor, on 30th april I kissed someone after that I found an article over internet that we can transmit hiv if we have sores in mouth after that I searched and found 2 sores in mouth they were small but quite noticeable, then after 4,5 days I started feeling burning sensation in feet and hands after 32 days, I went for combo test which came out as negative, everyone is telling me that this is my anxiety, I went for complete stds panel test everything came out normal, should I go for further testing?

Though hiv can be transmitted via kising.
Sores transmitted could be herpes as well.
Take tab neurobion forte alpha d once daily get combo test repeat after 3 months. If still negative you can reasonably ruled out hiv.

The hiv 3rd generation test is a sensitive and accurate test that detects the presence of hiv antibodies in the blood. It can be used to detect hiv infection in individuals who have been exposed to the virus at least three weeks prior to the test. The presence of ssris in the body is unlikely to interfere with the test's ability to detect hiv antibodies.
Actually most drugs do not affect test efficiency.
Only some immunosuppression drugs, chemo, steroids may affect test accuracy.

I have done hiv antigen p24 combo cmia test two times from lal path labs. My last sexual exposure was august 2022 and I did the hiv tests on november 5 and february 5 which came out to be negative. Can I rely on these tests? Or should I repeat them?

Most likely these tests are reliable about 99 percent.
So you are likely not to have hiv.
I don't think you need to repeat them.
But you can just confirm after 1 year of exposure to be extra sure if you like.

It could be a sign of allergic reaction to medicine or paradoxical worsening due to immune reactivation.
Contact a doctor physically, best would be one from whom you are taking medicines for hiv.

I had a urethritis in feb after sexual intercourse with a female partner. The tests for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, hiv, hsv1&2 have all been negative (as per the latest tests in april). The test only found cocci bacteria in urine and an early sign of syphilis (spot on inner foreskin was treated with penicillin injection ). I recently went on a date in early may but used complete protection. After 1 week of the act, I now notice that the earlier spot is torn and the head of the penis has reddish spots with burning sensation. The skin tear is healing for the past 1 week but the red spots appeared just 2 days back. I have noticed that the inner foreskin reacts to latex condom and some kind of lubricants. I am not sure if I have sti or some sort of allergy. Please help to understand.

My sister is 10 years old and she is a tb infection patient since february her medication had started and before that she is taking medicines for typhoid and jaundice since 1 year she has got the wrong treatment of typhoid and jaundice because of that her body gets weak and that effect on her chest after the check up we got to that her left lung is filled up with water and has pneumonia in last december on 29. She gets hospitalized for a week to keep the water out from the lungs. And in january in the hiv test reports she has tb infection in the body. She has a low level of haemoglobin in her body is this the reason that my sister is missing her periods for seven months or there is any other issue. Her periods started at the age of 9.

One month ago, I was involved in love making with a lady whom I am suspect to have multiple sexual partners. We didn't involve in vaginal/anal sex (though I wore condom which remained intact till I came out). We neither got involved in oral or, we did not even kissed one another. But I made one mistake. After fingering her vagina twice or thrice, within few seconds, I rubbed the lady's breasts/nipples from same fingers, and after few seconds I sucked/licked those nipples. That time I had a week old (non bleeding) mouth sore (canker sore) under the tip of my tongue. This is what scaring me. Within 12 hours I started pep treatment and it has been 30 days I am still taking the pep tablets. What is my hiv risk estimation from this episode? Kindly help!

According to history there is least chances of hiv transmission. Further you took pep treatment. For 100 % sure go for hiv combo duo test after 42 days of breast sucking.
