Pep must be taken exactly as instructed and for 28 days. Do not skip a dose or fail to complete the full month as this makes it less likely to work. Do not double a dose if you miss one. If you do miss a dose and you remember in less than 24 hours, take the next one as soon as you remember.

As per cdc guidelines ,hiv doesn't transmit via food, water,and saliva in usual cases.
Very rare cases may occur in direct contact with blood of infected person with wound in oral mucosa.
Regarding your concern, I think you shouldn't be worried.
You have negligible chance of infection, if any possibility whatsoever.

You have some risk for hiv but a lot for other stds. What tests you are doing is not protocol. Hello sir. Both the combination are effective, except that tenofavir alafinamide salt has purportedly more more bone and renal safety profiles. However you are strongly advised not to self medicate please and consult a doctor of your choice to get proper guidance. Thanks.

Antigen/antibody test done with blood from a finger stick can usually detect hiv 18 to 90 days after exposure. An antigen/antibody lab test using blood from a vein can usually detect hiv 18 to 45 days after exposure. A nucleic acid test (nat) can usually detect hiv 10 to 33 days after exposure.
