YOu have gynecomastia which means enlargement of breast in young men / adolescents and it is a normal hormonal changes. You should not press it try to crush it as ignorant people say or do . It will subside as you gain more years without any action or abnormality

Feel for soft lumps in your breasts. In true gynecomastia, glandular breast tissue develops in one or both breasts. This tissue may be located directly behind the nipple. Gently feel your breast with your fingertips. If you have gynecomastia, you should feel a soft, rubbery lump in one or both breasts.

The main difference between pseudogynecomastia and gynecomastia is the underlying mass that leads to the feminization of the male breast.
