Hello sir I am ajay yadav age 39 years weight 85 kg and height 5 ft 10" from delhi, have hip joint (right) problem bone t.b since last 8 month it's treatment is on the way in r.m.l hospital new delhi. Doctors have told me according to x-ray that my hip joint round circle has been got some damage due to t.b. I have a big problem regarding walking I can not bear whole weight on my right leg it give a un bearable pain at thigh waist front and back side and hip. On laying on bed I am unable to straighten and bent my leg it gives unbearable pain, pl help me any kind of medicine or exercise what can be suitable for me. Doctors are saying that my hip joint cartilage has beendamaged, I have to go for hip for hip replacement surgery then what is the cost of total hip replacement surgery ,hip joint bone and cartilage both has been damaged due to infection and t.b while walking I feel that my right leg length is look like has shorten as compare to left leg is it possible that homeopathy medicine treatment can cure this and deformity of leg length or should I have to go for hip replacement surgery pl advise me.

Hello lybrate-user 1st of all check your leg length if it is shorten in 1 leg go for the footwear correction and heal correction according to size of shortning physio can check and how much correction required and then go for exercise. Before that shd check x ray or ct scan how much damage occur. Is it required surgery ya it can managed by exercise. Do not panic everything will be fine. Mental strength is also required. You need rest definitely bed rest otherwise you will end up with severe pain and consequences. You can use sit ring and you can inform me I can help you out to get one for you. You can also use hip pain belt which will help you and with sit ring you can feel better than before as the body weight will not get into the hip if you use sit ring.

Increase your calcium intake like milk, milk products.
Drink water alteast 4 liters a day.
Do simple exercises like walking, yoga, breathing exercises.
If require loose weight.
