Start doing quadricep and hamstring stretching exercise and apply ice afterwards for 15 minutes atleast for 5 days.
If you feel swelling then also start applying voilini
and if possible try to start 5-10 minutes cycling per day once pain subside.

1. Heel and calf stretch
this stretch targets the muscles in your lower leg, specifically your calf muscles.

stand facing a wall.

If you have low on cartillage you cannot jog or do cycling but only walk, take proper medicines and calcium to regenerate cartillage.
