१) मेरे पिताजी को डॉक्टर ने ब्लड प्रेशर के लिए mt-loc 50 और gamlo 10 यह टैबलेट्स दी थी। लेकिन उसे लेने के बाद से ही पीताजी के पूरे शरीर पर सूजन आ गई।एक महीना हो गया लेकिन अभी भी पैरों के पंजे से लेकर घुटनों तक सूजन है।यह किस वजह से और क्यूं हो रहा है।उन्हें ब्लड प्रेशर का प्रॉब्लम सिर्फ दो महीने पहले शुरू हुआ है।उनकी उम्र ६० साल है। २) मेरी माताजीकी की उम्र ५६ साल है।उनकी ब्लड शुगर १८१ थी।लेकिन फिर भी डॉक्टर उसे नॉर्मल बता रहे है।क्या सचमुच यह नॉर्मल है।

Aapke pitaji ki gamlo 10 tab. Stop karni hogi.
Bp monitor karen aur yadi badhta hai to diuretic group ki medicine better option hoga. Apne doctor se discuss karen. Unka lft aur kft test bhi karwa len.
Mataji ke bare main apke doctor ne theek kaha hai unhe medicine ki jaroorat nahi hai, lekin blood sugar monitor katre rahen aur sugar, gur shahad, meethe fruits (aam, angoor,kela, cheekoo)se parhej karen.

You have prediabetes. Reduce fat intake, no added sugars exercise at least 45 minutes per day, do usg abdomen to rule fatty liver, repeat hba1c after 3 months and follow with diabetologist.
