Hello, thanks for the query.
Fasting glucose 115 mg shows a prediabetic level. No drug is needed. Only exercise annd diet control required. What is the current tsh level? Ideally it should be between 3 to 4 mu/l. Then only all the symptoms are in check. Thanks.

Fasting glucose of 250 mg and above, is a clear sign of uncontrolled diabetes. Ideally when diabetes is well controlled fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 & hba1c% < 6.8. Therefore it is clear that your present treatment is not helping in achieving necessary control. You do not need any medication for blood glucose levels, which are within normal limit. HbA1c% reaching 6.3 % is suggestive of being in pre-diabetic state. That menans if you do not control diet and weight, you are likely to develop diabetes in the near future. Thanks.

It's good for now. Try to switch to herbals as high bp and sugar med is likely to continue for life. There are long use side effects too. Generally further deterioration like neuropathy, retinopathy, fatigue, other things stop with scientific Ayurved medicine. Initially you can't abrupt your current medicine at once. If further advise is needed, pl send full history, lab reports and current treatment.
