Hi I'm 29 year's old male. Today I fell down from bike but was wearing crash helmet while it happened. Fell on the right side. Don't feel any headache, shoulder pain, vision nor pain in the ears. Have little stiffness on the right side of the cheek bones just right below the eyes. Kindly suggest me what I do? Should I take up medical examination.
