2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Hello lybrate-user. If you are taking chicken then avoid oil much. Take roasted chicken, same in fish prepare it will minimum oil preferably olive oil.
Also the most important thing is to chew the food right.
Avoid more amount of carbohydrates. Take more protein.
And increase the range of exercise every week. As body gets used to the regular exercise.
