Insulin helps control blood glucose levels by signaling the liver and muscle and fat cells to take in glucose from the blood. insulin therefore helps cells to take in glucose to be used for energy. If the body has sufficient energy, insulin signals the liver to take up glucose and store it as glycogen.

The diagnosis is dyslipidemia and hypertension
I would advice you to kindly get antihypertensives and statins for the condition.
Dyslipidemia and hypertension is bad for the heart and exerts a lot of pressure on it. So kindly get the medications as soon as possible.
Also get the lipid profile checked every 2 months and monitor bp every 15 days after starting the medications.
Take care.

Sir. U have not mentioned your current weight. You need to cut down on salty food items, maida and deep fried snacks. Belly fat is an indicator of viscera fat which must be reduced through diet and exercise. Include a tablespoon of flax seeds in your diet along with salads and sprouts. Kindly. Get yourself assessed by a dietitian of your area for personalised meal plan.
