avoid medicines. This is a diet related problem. make a list of food items that are converted to triglycerides by liver . These items can be reduced and items that do not go to liver for manufacture of triglycerides can be increased. In general, less sugar, jaggery and alcohol, more traditional health foods like nuts, yogurt, will solve this problem and improve long term health.
