U need to do certain lifestyle changes. First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Blood pressure tab to be taken one at 8 am or so, if second one added by your treating doctor to be taken at 3.00 pm. I cannot add second medicine.

Most likely these could be due to hypertension. There could be other causes, but if you do not have any symptoms, I would suggets you get your blood pressure under control first with diet modification, exercise, weight reduction and medication.
Also cut down on animal protein and other foods that can increase uric acid levels.
