Daily my bp remains around 135-140/90-100. Most of the time I feel pressure in my vein of right hand side head this thing leads severe headache on right hand side of my head. It seems blood vessel will burst and not able to focus with my right eye while left hand side of my head remains very good and calm. I have no diabetes ,no cholesterol and no kidney problem. I am pure vegetarian, non alcoholic and non smoker. My weight is 82 kg, height 180 cm and 30 years old. During my one sided headache, my right eyebrow keeps blinking all the time and it continues till one week. I also noticed that during this headache my bp goes very high around 160/110 and gas in stomach. My tmt and ecg are normal but I have vitamin d deficiency. Most important thing is that I am suffering this headache for last 7-8 years back. Then it used to be sometime left or sometime right side or both sides but from last 2 years, headache is only now right hand sided. I explained everything now what should I do ?why I have bp problem.

your headache problem is 7-8 years old. Is your bp problem is also that old. If not then it can be migraine. Also as your tests are normal, so its called essential hypertension. May be now your headache is because of high bp. Are you taking medicine for bp? 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migraine
3. Avoid things that can trigger migraine. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
