Hydradenitis suppurativa is a chronic inflammatory condition of the sweat glands (called as apocrine or sebaceous glands) and hair follicles. As hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic hereditary skin disease and hence as of now you are taking the right treatment and remember it's not going to cure but we can prevent and plan treatment and if necessary we can get it removed surgically and plan for skin grafting

Hidradenitis suppuritiva needs to be treated with oral antibiotics and retinoids. Since you are breastfeeding only antibiotics may be given. Pus drainage and intralesional injections can be given. This condition is majorly associated with obesity. Many patients experience remission of lesions on weight reduction.

In Dec'15, I was diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa I had troyn (20+10) &applied nadoxin for a month Then on feb'16, I had minor50 for 20 days & applied clindac a lotion. Then on mar'16, I had clavam for 7 days and vizlac for 10 days and applied fudic cream. Then on april16, I had doxt-sc10 for 20 days and applied fusidic cream Then after that I had minor 45 again for 20 days and applied fudic cream. Thereafter on nov' 16, I had Dalacin-c for 15 days with fudic cream. Then on dec'16, I had Rcin 300 and Dalacin-C for a month. Then on march17, I had Acrotac 10g for a month & applied nadoxin. Then nothing was found in FNAC test on Oct'17. Then on Oct'17, I had Acutret 20 mg, Metformin 500, Rcin 450 and Levoflavin 500 and used saponibar for a month. Then on Dec'17, I had Acutret 10 mg and used fucibet cream for a month. Now, I am having HS in my underarms, groin and buttocks. Its rapidly growing in the buttock and groin area. Kindly help me to get cured from this Hidradenitis suppurativa.
