Asked for male, 19 years old from Baghpat

I don't know, why nowhere it is mentioned that we can transmit it through saliva, I found the articles always that hiv cannot survive into saliva, people should have complete information, even in the chapter of our class 10th standard, we only read that hiv can be transmiable through unprotected penetrative sex, well my combo test is negative at 51 days post exposure, should I still concern about becoming positive later? I don't have any symptoms now.

It is transferred through blood only mainly because of micro injuries or any source of infected blood contacts.

On sat 17/6 I took my girl 4 haircut, barber cut her by mistake on head. He had said he had cleaned machine $ she was the first person to get haircut that day. Now she has a fever 38.2. Advice betadine wash and bandage.
Tab amoxyclav 625 bd for 3 days
get tatanus vaccine is not vaccinated.
Get hhh test for initial screening and you may need to repeat test after 3 months of exposure
do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

Unless you are sure of your partners hiv status, there is always risk of 0.1 percentage per exposure that is unprotected.
Best would be to get tested and if you are high risk take post exposure prophylaxis in 72 hours of exposure.

Only way to get infected with hiv is getting in contact with body fluids of infected person.
If both of you are monogamous, and tested negative then you shouldn't get infected.

Best would be to repeat it after 3 months of exposure as three dot test is antibody based and it may not be accurate in early window period.

I’m a male and I just recently had sex with another man. We were in the doggy style position and I was wearing a condom. I noticed after he had multiple small bumps on his buttocks. I’m sure it was genital herpes on his buttocks. His butt did touch my lower stomach area. Is it possible for me to get gentian herpes or they have to be passed through a mucous membrane?

Don't worry
as anal sex with protection
no direct exchange of any body fluids with him. No chance of getting herpes.

By kissing usually there is no chance of getting transmission of hiv. To be hundred percent sure recheck hiv combo duo test after 42 days of kissing.

According to cdc that combo test detect hiv usually 18-45 days that means 45 days is the window period for combo test then why some doctor say to repeat the test at 3 months post exposure.

Because combo is combination of p24 antigen and antibody test.
Antibody detect accurately after 3 months
p24 can detect early after 3 weeks but it is less sensitive
means there are chances of false negatives
so we advice to repeat after 3 months to avoid false results.
