I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
There is no medication that can treat hernia whether it is allopathic or homeopathic. Surgery is the definitive option to treat the protruding organ and tear in the tissues. Homeopathic medicines may prevent hernia symptoms from getting worse.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Yes, it is treatable with ayurvedic tablets. Ayurvedic tablets increase muscle tone and tightness there, keeping surgery at bay.

Better to repair it surgically immediately. If can not decide immediately, then meet some yoga expert to learn yoga inverted postures to get some relief till you decide.

An abdominal hernia is a bulge or swelling. It happens when some of the contents inside your abdomen (tummy), such as fat or bowel, push through a weakness in your abdominal wall muscle. The abdominal wall is a sheet of tough muscles and tendons that run between your ribs and your groin (upper part of your leg) No medicines except surgery will help .No alternative treatment other than surgery

Best option would be a fundoplication surgery, usually done laparoscopically. If would prevent the sliding hernia aswell as provide relief from the GERD. Continuous reflux puts you at a mild risk of Barrera Esophagus, which can lead to adeno carcinoma of the esophagus. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
