There is no medical treatment to cure hernia, palliative is that always avoid constipation and lifting weights. Take VRIDHHI VATIKA VATI 2-2-2 three times a day with water, ABHYA RIST 20 ml+ KUMARY ASAV 20 ml, with equal quantity of water, twice a day after meals.
