Perthes disease of the hip is a childhood disorder, which occurs due to the disruption of blood flow to the femoral head. Nocturnal emission can be due to an upset stomach or indulging into porn etc. If the problem is not frequent and bot recurring in a set time interval,nothing to worry. Just improve your dietary habits and sleep timings. But if the problem is persistent,it's better to start medications.
