Mr. lybrate-user thanks for the query.
Thyroxine hormone is a very sensitive chemical and the quantity is in micro grams. So it is absolutely essential to take it early morning around 6 am or so on empty stomach. Nothing should be taken after that for at least 1 to 1 and half hour. This has to be adhered to very strictly. Thanks.

Add more of protein to your diet (pulses, milk-based products). Consume whole grains, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits. Avoid red meat (mutton, prawn, crab). Instead opt for egg whites, white meat (chicken and fish). Either in roasted or steamed form. Most importantly, indulge yourself in cardiovascular exercises such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming or aerobics.

Hello lybrate-user
lovely report. Congratulations.
Hopefully a partial Nephrectomy has been done saving the rest of the kidney.
This report suggests you have a low risk less aggressive tumor although Lymphovascular invasion may signify some nodal Mets.
Just keep a good follow up every 6 months with USG abdo pelvis for the next 3 years
Regards.

Dear lybrate-user ji,
Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disease. It has no cure or no medicine. If any lump increases in size, it can be removed by small operation.

Diagnosis is by finding Hodgkin's cells such as multinucleated Reed–Sternberg cells (RS cells) in lymph nodes. Hodgkin lymphoma may be treated with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and stem cell transplant. The choice of treatment often depends on how advanced the cancer, In early disease a cure is often possible.
