Hi dear it might be due to subclinical viral infection or might be an aberration in the test results
Don't worry if the other cell counts are normal and if you are not having any dominant symptoms You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance.

First of all right side of abdomen more correctly I think it must be inguinal and they are palpable that means there is significant lymphadenopathy. So don't delay much if you are not having any active infection or any other problem and not responding to antibiotic. Go for fnac.

ANA is a type of antibody test usually positive in auto immune disorders some types of arthritis, vasculitis etc. But the titre of the test makes it significant. It can be positive in low titres like 1: 40 or 1: 80 in the general population without any disease as well. So the report has to be clinically corelated and cause for positivity has to be found out to treat it.

The normal number of WBCs in the blood is 4,500 to 11,000 WBC per microliter (4.5 to 11.0 × 109/L). Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different labs. Some labs use different measurements or may test different specimens. Talk to your doctor about your test results. The increase suggests cancer of wbc.
