I am 59 years old man. I am looking for a infectious diseases Dr. as I have hiv and hepatitis b. The hiv viral load is contained and so is the hb viral load both do not show in the test as they are well suppressed by the arv am taking dolutegravir/lamivudine/tenofovir. My ailment is not from these two disease. In march 26th 2019 I sustained a lower back concussion which made me bedridden for about 1.5 month. I had a mri scan done on my back and no squeezed disk or pinched sciatica nerve, just inflammation of muscles against spine. Doctor prescribed strong pain killers and muscle relaxer medication and gentle physiotherapy. A friend came to visit me and recommended I should also take strong herbal potions made by masai people as his wife had sustained a facial. Stroke while pregnant and she took the herbal medicine and her face became straight in two weeks. This was wrong choice for me as I took the potion for 1 month and in that time. My weightvdropped from 90 kg to79 kgin 1 and half months. Further side effects of this potion was I developed a condition of very hot fevers 39 + celsius, sweating until bed was soaked in the night extreme shivering, heavy coughing such as a person with advanced tb. A lot of phlegm came up during this period. I took numerous blood tests and checked my liver and kidney function was all.in good order. Prostrate was 0.32 buy o was waking up 5 to9 times per night to urinate. I continued like this in june july and in august and to nairobi hospital as my ankles we swelling fever and coughing too. Much. At nairobi they Dr. did chest and abdominal scans, eco cardiogram of my heart, ultrasound bilateral doppler on my swollen ankles on 21/08/19, ct chest scan on 21/08/19 ,ct abdominal scan on 26/0819 nairobi hospital Dr. said I had a bacterial infection in my blood prescribed antibiotics, low haemoglobin prescribed ed haemoglobin tabs for two weeks, blood too thick that's why my circulation was poor, prescribed anti coagulation medication of 10 mg tabs 1/day for three months. They also checked for all. Kinds of cancer negative. Dis not check for colon cancer but said it I ate well and gained some. Weight then it meant was secure from colon cancer !i finished my hemoglobin and antibiotics tabs and stabilise, no. More.coughing no fever and cold sweats, and gained 4 kg.in october I started to have relapse to this condition which am sure was resultant from taking in quantified amounts of herbal. Masai potion. Now I would like to seek medical treatment in pune india as I also have a floppy valve heart disease and my condition is a blood circulatory one and also consult with a infectious diseases Dr. see if my other two conditions have anything to do with the relapse of this sickness. I have many treat results from. Nirobi hospital and also tests done by lancet laboratories. I intend to bring all these tests when I secure a hospital and doctors for my condition. Would also appreciate some. Kind of price guideline for hospitals and Dr. consultation and treatment. Thank you mike pownall and am contactable on watsapp on my fone indicates herein under.
