Ige levels are increased either due to persistent exposure to any allergen. But it can also occur due to parasitic infections (which might be possible in your case since you are in poultry handling industry). So maintaining hand and body hygiene during and after work is very important and also find out if you have any allergic profile. Also some medications might help to reduce like anti-parasitic meds and anti allergics.
