Treponemal antibodies will appear earlier after acute infection than non-treponemal antibodies. The antibodies detected in these tests usually remain detectable for life even after successful treatment.

Baby age is not mentioned, according to wt looks like 1 years old baby. Till 6 months baby should be fed strictly only mother's milk. After 6 months slowly you should introduce food one by one like mashed rice and milk, for 4-5 day the n add mashed dal, then after some time mashed potato then few drops of gee. Then vegitables along with mother milk for 2 yrs. Drops multivitamins a to z 0.5 ml once a day

You need to consult a md physician. Most important light diet like khichdi dalia semiliquid. Messed chapati with least tadka daal. Rice daal. Etc. Plenty of liquid luckwarm.
