It might be due to too much of heat in the body and you can take more water and also you can go for massage which will help you to reduce the heat in the body. And also take foods which has less heat for eg. You can take butter milk, apply more oil in the head/hair, take more water content vegetables, take more anti oxidants in the food like fresh fruits, juices, fresh vegetables etc, avoid oil stuffy foods.
