Since you are in ahmedabad. Few suggestions.
1) continue treatment of hep b 2) fibroscan can help you get the assessment of liver stiffness in case you don't have ascites on usg.
3) liver transplant is an option when liver decompensates but you need to enroll early on as waiting period is long in most centres 4) get consultation from Dr. sanjay rajput. He is expert gastro in ahmedabad.

from the details provided by you, I understand that you have cirrhosis of liver with chronic hepatitis b infection as the cause.
You do not seem to have developed complications of portal hypertension viz. Gi bleed (blood in vomitus or stools), ascites (collection of fluid/water in stomach) or hepatic encephalopathy (drowsiness, transient loss of consciousness) etc.
