Taken endoscopy result is gastritis and reflux esophagitis. I am suffering from last one year and main symptoms is when laying down getting tight ness in chest and stomach. Taken all type of medicine nothing worked out . Please suggested me .now I am feeling like I have lost all my life.

Caused by gastric content into the oesophagus usually after meal could be due to incompetence of lower oesophageal sphincter or reflux from stomach
common causes:
peptic ulcer, haitus hernia, gastrophegial reflux, indigestion, hyperacidity, anticholinergic, calcium antagnostic, asprin, indocid, steriod, excessive tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol, chillies, spicy foods and pregnancy.
Treatment
weight reduction, and elevation of head of bed.
Avoid strong stimulants of acid secretions like tea, coffee alcohol. Also avoid fats, large meal, citrous juices, alcohol, smoking, chillies and other irritating food as they decrease oesophageal sphincter competence.
Homeopathic medicines
arsenic album, capsicum, cicuta, colchicum, lycopodium, sulphur are good me.
