Hi, I am 36 male unmarried, I don't have constipation, I am vegetarian, I drink one litre water when I wakeup daily, my height is 5.11, weight 68 kgs, I am a teetotaller, but since 6 months I am suffering from external hemorrhoids with itching, but no pain or bleeding, I want to get rid of without surgery, please suggest me.

Sir I got dengue now i’m discharged from hospital but after 4 days now started piles problem there is no history of piles but after dengue facing problem of pile. Im using anobliss oint, but jab cream apply kiya tab tak result milta hai and after some time again pain cell hota hai what is the reason and is it serious, no blinding only swelling hai, stool is normal but after bathroom jalan hota hai.

Include high fibre diet in your diet
drink isabgol 1tablespoon in 1glass ofwater twice daily
apply oxerute cd ointment in your anal and rectal region
and sitz water -1spoon dettol in warm water tub sir in the water for 15 mins two times daily usually after hospitalisation due to low fibre diet there will be constipation which can lead to piles fissures conservative management is enough fir your problem.
