If one takes protein supplements as powder thenthere is hardly any effect . But if you eat chicken, mutton etc with lot of spices and masala then that kind of food is bound to cause irritation to hemorrhoids. thanks.

If it protruding outside anus and bleeding then most likely it is grade 4 haemorrhoids. Pl go to a surgeon near by and get examined. Now a days we do piles surgery by minimally invasive method. It's known as Steppler Haemorrdectomy.

if hemorrhoids are large and protruding, then home remedies and local applications are not going to be useful. Surgical treatment is the only option. Laser surgery will help to take of that and is a comparatively simple procedure. Get in touch with a good surgeon and find out about that. Ointment and creams are useful only when it is in very initial stage.
