1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool.
2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath).

It can be due to worms or due to fistula and which needs to be examined for diagnosis and further guidance and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.
