My son had a flu, now its ok, but for the last 5-6 days he haves a stuffed nose. We clean it daily with saline solution, and after that we use the nasal aspirator, but after a couple of hours his nose its again stuffy, and he breathes true the mouth more. At first with the flu, he was taking liquid panadol, after that the doctor gave him some liquid antibiotic. So with the flu and medication he its done. But still haves a stuffed nose no mather what we do.

The first thing to look for is an abscess at the site of injection. Please ask the patient if there is any pain at the site of injection.

I was affected by malaria a couple of weeks ago, and I have used some havax forte (artemether-lumefantrine) and paracetamol drug as prescribed by my doctor. It has been more than 2 weeks since I exhausted the drug, and though I experienced some better health when using it, I still feel I am not yet completely healed of the malaria. I still experience chills at nights when my body shakes for minutes and afterwards be sweating profusely. I also find it so hard to sleep both during the day and at night. In addition, at times, I feel there is a lot going on in my head. I find it difficult to do any intellectual things lately. I wanted to ask if I should get another artemether-lumefantrine drug and use again. I am 29-year 59 kg 169 cm adult. Thank you.

After recovering from covid19 july'20 I always feel flu like symptom such as extreme weakness, pinching pain in lung area front and back and watery eyes. I have consulted pulmologist and cardiologist but they says it will disappear over time. But its going to 1 year I can not recover. When I take some antibiotic like azithromycin as prescribed by doctor all the symptoms goes away I feel perfectly ok. But after the antibiotic ends after 5 five days the symptoms reappear again what to do?

Hello sir. Few months ago. I was tested positive for aso titre whose value was 400 although I don't have any symptoms at current but I have heard thar rheumatic fever can cause damage to heart and can cause neurological disorders. I am afraid may be I will get that. Although I never got rheumatic fever till now but yes I keep getting strep throat here and there each month which get better with azithromycin I am only afraid that I will catch any neurological problems. Please help me I am afraid too much.

You should work on increasing immunity if you are getting infection every other month. Get complete treatment for throat infections so that they do not bother you in future. To increase immunity you can take vitamin supplements, chyawanprash, kaadha, protein rich food etc. Also exercise regularly.
