Esr is usually increased in inflammatory conditions such as trauma, infections and in few non inflammatory conditions also. How much is the esr and what about crp (c reactive protein). Depending on how much esr is elevated and also other tests can come to a conclusion.

U have not mentioned which part is more affected. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
