Need to see pbs (peripheral blood smear) report, also blood counts. Here in this report mcv is low. This may be due to iron deficiency anemia. Sir I am not aware of homeopathic medicines that you’re taking and since how long. Since you have diagnosed conditions of psoriasis and migraine, you should continue with steroids and anti inflammatory drugs for psoriasis and for migraine you should start nsaids and triptans.
